In seiner letzten Funktion während seiner 20-jährigen Tätigkeit bei Johnson & Johnson bzw. DePuy Synthes war Roman Iselin als Managing Director, MD Schweiz, tätig und leitete die Umwandlung des Schweizer J&J-Geschäftsbereichs Medizinprodukte in eine wertorientierte Organisation im Gesundheitswesen. In seiner derzeitigen Funktion leitet er die EMEA Medtech Supply Chain Organisation.

In his most recent role in his 20 years at Johnson & Johnson or DePuy Synthes, Roman Iselin served as Managing Director, MD Switzerland, leading the transformation of the Swiss J&J Medical Devices business into a value-based healthcare-focused organization. In his current role he is leading the EMEA Medtech Supply Chain organization.
